Bush Fire Mitigation Skills
We have developed training for those working within the areas of bush fire management, in particular hazard assessment and mitigation.

We are able to provide training in bushfire mitigation , including the assessment of land in respect to bush hazard, understanding the mitigation options and the environmental considerations.

Operational Exercising

Operational exercising needs to be done at all levels of management, from the worker through to the Incident Management Teams, and any higher levels of management or coordination. Why is exercising important? Exercising provides an opportunity to;
- assess and react to an extreme scenario in a safe environment,
- create memory slides to be able to react when a situation occurs,
- understand limitations of a response (there will never be enough resources)
- understand the limitations of resource capabilities,
- develop strategies that could be part of pre-incident planning or into community preparedness as a way to reduce a potential impact,
- assess policies and procedures of an organisation
