For $550 inc GST, you will have the peace of mind knowing how you may be affected by a bushfire and what you can do to reduce its impacts.
Land and Fire conducts Bushfire Vulnerability Assessments where we will inspect the property and assess the building condition, the surrounding area and how they may be impacted by bushfires.
We simply charge $550 inc GST for a residential property and $1250 inc GST for commercial properties, we will visit and conduct the assessment.
Our report to you will include what is your existing Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) and recommendations on what can be done to the house to improve its survivability against bushfires.
We come out to your property and review your bushfire vulnerability that includes:
- Building construction (external)
- Asset Protection Zones
- Defendable Spaces
- Vegetation management
- Access and egress
- Water sources
- any fire defence strategies
You will receive a detailed report of your site and an outline of what improvements could be made to reduce bushfire impacts.
We conduct assessments on:

Our services extend to those people with medical or physical disabilities, schools, child care facilities, retirement homes, tourist facilities or other places where people rely on others for their wellbeing and located close to bushland.
